The whole room was rather big and had climate control, an individual safe, and flat-screen TV. I appreciated the beds, they were comfy, and how accommodating the staff was. The hotel's location was absolutely perfect in the middle of jackson.

Great location with stores nearby and convenient underground parking. The hotel offered good amenities and a diverse menu to choose from for meals.
The room was not well-maintained, with scuffed walls, a ripped chair, and unclean tables in the restaurant. Despite leaving notes, housekeeping did not sweep the bathroom floors daily, which left hair visible.

Great location and convenient underground parking made our city trip a breeze. We loved how stores and restaurants were just a short walk away. The room was cozy and provided a comfortable space to relax in after a long day out and about.
The room could have been cleaner. We noticed scuff marks on the walls and found hair on the bathroom floor.

This hotel provided us with an incredible luxurious stay. The spa and wellness centre, along with the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace, made for a truly relaxing stay. The restaurant served delicious meals with a great variety of options. The private facilities offered exclusive amenities that were a bonus. The hotel is also conveniently located near a variety of stores.
The only minor issue was the chair in the room, which was ripped. However, this did not impact the overall comfort of the room.

The area around the accommodations was great, with plenty of shopping options nearby. The underground parking made things quite easy for us as we had a rental car. Although the room wasn't the cleanest, we appreciated the convenience of having a chair to relax on. the bathroom would have been nicer if the housekeeping staff had paid closer attention to details.
There was one negative aspect of our stay that was unavoidable. The restaurant's tables were not kept clean, and it detracted from our dining experience.
